I loved how close the hotel was to Nairobi National Park, making it easy to take a morning stroll and enjoy the beautiful scenery, and being just a short walk from Carnivore Kenya, I had delicious meals ready for me after my city adventures.

The place was exceptional and exceptionally comfortable and the staff were amicable, the location was fantastic next to Wilson Airport before-or-after a safari. Location near to shopping centres, the attractions of Karen and Nairobi National Park and Nairobi National Park which is very convenient. Excellent bathroom and spotlessly clean room. Good breakfast, plenty of meals. Good pool, parking onsite.

It was an incredibly beautiful and nice hotel in Nairobi. I had a well-designed and comfortable room with garden view and a fridge plus fantastically comfy beds.

Perfect for adventurous travelers

Had an very nice stay! The food was off the charts, especially the Chili Paneer, and the staff were super friendly and helpful.

It wasn't cheap, but worth every penny.

The oxtail soup was to die for, and the staff were super friendly and booked local tours for us. Plus, that 24-hour coffee shop is a lifesaver! The only bummer is that it's right next to a busy road, so we couldn't really enjoy a stroll outside.

The hotel has beautifully decorated common areas that are very inviting.

The wifi is frustratingly slow and often unreliable.

The heated pool area was an excellent highlight, complemented by great amenities such as a massage service and a vibrant bar. The staff stood out for their friendly and helpful nature. Breakfast prices were surprisingly high, and while the toasted sandwiches were excellent, simpler options would improve value. The room was generally clean but had some minor issues with maintenance.

The hotel common areas are beautifully decorated and accessible. The warm colors and inviting atmosphere are so calming, I felt right at home immediately.

More comfortable seating in common areas would be nice.

Mornings started with delicious choices at breakfast. The staff created a warm atmosphere, and the room was clean and spacious.

Great pool and easy access to the restaurant, but Wi-Fi was really slow.

The hotel offers a fantastic dining experience with amazing dishes like oxtail soup. The staff is professional and helpful, assisting with local tour bookings seamlessly. The 24-hour coffee shop on-site is a great benefit for late-night work or early flights.

Room lacked privacy due to an open bathroom.

The location is secluded, with a sense of privacy amidst the urban hustle. The common areas boast beautiful decoration.

The room design leaves much to be desired, particularly with the open bathroom concept that lacks privacy-watching your partner in the shower feels awkward, to say the least. Dining options are overpriced for what you receive, and my ability to connect to Wi-Fi verged on frustrating, often rendering it almost useless. Add to that the isolation from nearby amenities, and you start to feel the pinch of confinement, even if you're just looking for a casual snack or a quick trip to town.

The room was well-designed and incredibly comfortable, with good amenities. the location in a nice enough area was perfect and brilliant, and there were local stores and shops nearby.

In a fantastic location near a private protected pathway, you can easily explore Nakuru and Masai Mara, as well as reach international and regional airports without any hassle. the stylish twin room here has super comfy beds that will make you feel like you're sleeping on a cloud ☁️.
